Tappa 34: Argentine - Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne

 

Temevo questa tappa. Strada nazionale. Ho provato a prendere una strada alternativa ma dopo mezzo chilometro mi sono trovato in un ex deposito ferroviario. Non ho voluto azzardare ancora. Anche sassolini niente. Come si fa a svolgere quello che per me è uno dei momenti più profondi del percorso senza concentrazione? Diventerebbe un esercizio freddo e meccanico. No, i miei sassolini sono sentiti nell’anima. 

Sono dediche fatte in particolari situazioni della tappa. Inoltre correvo il rischio di rompere qualche parabrezza con tutto il traffico che c’era. La coscia mi ha fatto male tanto. Ho notato che ieri calzavo i sandali che sono molto ammortizzati essendo di gomma. Comincio a pensare che la durezza dell’asfalto mi abbia provocato qualche danno. Comunque credo che la giornata possa concludersi bene: ho trovato un buon hotel e la finestra della mia camera dà sull’Arc e di fronte ho una montagna. Forse riuscirò a rilassarmi stanotte. Domani è l’ultima tappa francese. E oggi ho superato i 1000 km.

ENGLISH VERSION 

I was afraid about this stage. it is a state Highway. I tried to look for an alternative road but after an half kilometer I was in an ex railway deposit. I don’t want to risk yet. I haven’t pebbles. How can I live the deepest moments of the Path without concentration? It would be a detached and mechanic exercise. No, my pebbles come from my soul. 

They are dedications done in particular situations of the Stage. The thigh hurt me so much. I noticed that yesterday I put on the rubber sandals and therefore they are damped. I start to think that the asphalt provoked to me some damage. However I believe that the day will end well: I found a good hotel and the window of my room is near to the Arc and to the front I see a mountain. I hope to succeed in resting well tonight. Tomorrow is the last French stage. And today I overcame the 1000 km. It seems to me unbelievable. Good work Michele!
